OUR Garden Pizza REVIEWED

Tonight’s dinner was TERRIFIC.  The sautéed veggies were perfect.  J, who hates feta cheese, loved the pizza and said the “roasted” feta was perfect on top!!  Our oldest S LOVED the pizza as well.  Our littlest is still too little to eat it.  There are no leftovers… 😉  So nothing to comment on there!  J has stated that he is expecting an even better pizza tomorrow night.  We are swapping a few of our dinners around.  Croissants are going to take a while to make and without someone here to watch baby E, I can’t be in the kitchen.  So those are getting moved to either Sat or Sun – the pizza and soup are moving up in days.    Isn’t it nice to preplan your meals and be able to move things around a bit… you already have the ingredients so there isn’t much shifting.  Do you love the paper plates??  I decided since I dirtied a number of dishes make pizza dough, it was only fair we use paper plates so our dishwasher (aka J’s hands) had a slight break!  😉

I like hearing how it was, especially if you have others. I’ve been thinking of adding hits and misses to my posts – basically the things that occur to me to change or leave the same for next time.

we were doing a whole week review, but J suggested we do it nightly. And we change a lot. When we sit down as a family at dinner we discuss our days, then once we are part way through the meal we discuss what we might change next time on something. S loves giving his opinions. He really like this pizza however, so he wouldn’t change anything he said! ha
